Shipping Policy

At My Concepts, we offer a wide range of shipping options to make sure you get your products delivered directly to your doorstep. We guarantee the highest quality of packaging to ensure that your products arrive safely and in perfect condition. Our shipping costs are very reasonable and affordable, and we always strive to find the best deals for you. How long will it take to deliver?
Delivery within New Zealand will approximately take three to four business days if it is not rural and this applies to all of our products. Our Penrose, Auckland warehouse holds tons of stock and our distributors are on-call. We work with Courier Post to ensure your order is picked, packed and delivered to your door (with tracking) with care and speed.


How should I expect my package?
Courier Post will deliver your package to your nominated address during business hours, Mondays-Fridays, 9 am-5 pm.  


What if I'm not home?
If no one is at the designated address to take delivery, the courier company will drop the parcel to the door or to the nearest Courier Post office if you choose to receive the parcel with signature. A calling card will be left with the post office address and the time your parcel will be available to collect. You will then have 7 days to collect your parcel.

NZ Wide Delivery                --  $9.00

 

Rural Delivery                     --  $12.00

Return & Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a purchase or a product may not meet your expectations. That's why we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. You can return the product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange it for another product. We only ask that the product is in its original packaging and in new condition. If you have any questions about our return and exchange policy, please don't hesitate to contact us.
